Can they be dropped?
Yes, however, only from knee height and on rubber flooring. Please be careful when dropping them, they might bounce and hurt you.
Can I do snatches and cleans with them?
Yes, the dumbbell is great to use in all types of Olympic lifts.
What plates can I use?
50mm Olympic standard weight plates.
Will there be a gap between the SlideLock and the plates?
Yes, that can occur, but it will not affect the user experience. Normal collars will usually slide or move during the exercise, while the SlideLock won’t budge, keeping you safe all through the workout.
Do they come in pairs?
The Dumbler Olympic is sold in pairs. Should you wish to only purchase a single dumbbell, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
Do the grooves on the dumbbells damage or chip the holes on plates at all?
No, the grooves are sand-blasted and smoothed over to make sure the edges aren’t too sharp, and to avoid damages or injuries.
Do the sleeves spin?
Yes, the sleeves come with bronze bushings, giving a reliable spin.

IT´S SO EASY - Pulley
Apart from classic exercises you can use your dumblers in a pulley system. Very easy quick changes in weigth. Just with one hand yo can add/remove plates. For this set up you will need theuclip or a pull up hook. Zen lifting!

Awe Inspiring
These are truly one the greatest pieces of kit you can buy. Worth every penny. The craftsmanship is impeccable. I love the sound the make. I’ve primarily been using them for bicep and arm training. Concentration curls, alternating curls, hammer curls and my favourite, Zottman. A beautiful piece of kit. Although it describes how to clean them I was wondering if anyone had any tips.

Great products and great customer service
These dumbbells are great. The built in collars are safe and easy to use and the knurling is great for a dumbbell, but that’s not why I a leaving a review. It can be easy to hesitate buying expressive stuff from the other side of the world, what if there is an issue will it?will it be a massive headache to sort out? etc. I did have an issue with one of my bumblers (not huge) but Gungnir were amazing at sorting it out. I emailed at 3am Norway time, got a response at about 10am Norway time and the issue was sorted within a couple of hours after that. They never tried to minimise the issue or anything like that. They just took responsibility and made it right and made it right fast. So overall great product and a great company that stands behind their products and looks after their customers. Not cheap but with every penny.
